Your details stay little and private

We collect your first name, email, optional phone number, order choices, notes and suburb/postcode to respond to your request and arrange an order. Please don’t include sensitive information or a full home address in the initial form.

Requests are stored securely and sent through our email delivery provider to the parent/business-managed inbox. Delivery providers process the information needed to deliver those emails. We don’t sell customer information or publish customer details.

The basket stays in your browser until you clear it. A necessary security cookie protects forms. We don’t use advertising trackers, social feeds or analytics cookies.

Website request records are automatically removed after 90 days. Private recovery backups are retained for 14 days. Correspondence in the business inbox is managed separately for order support and any applicable record-keeping obligations.

Use the Contact form to ask about access, corrections or deletion. All customer communication is handled through a parent/business-managed inbox.
