A few friendly ground rules

This website accepts order requests, not payments. Sending a form is not a confirmed sale or a stock reservation. We’ll confirm availability, the final price, postage, making time and payment arrangements by email before you decide to proceed.

Prices are in Australian dollars. Basket totals are estimates and exclude postage. Sample characters and sample prices are clearly labelled and cannot be ordered as real stock.

Each piece is handmade and may vary slightly from photographs. Custom designs and any changes will be agreed before making begins.

Handmade accessories can contain small parts and are not toys. Keep them away from young children and pets. Avoid water, rough handling and pulling on attachments.

If there’s a problem with a confirmed order, contact us so we can help. Nothing here excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including applicable remedies for faulty goods.
