Pickup details will be provided after your order has been confirmed. We never publish a residential pickup address.

Please don’t send a full home address in the initial request. If shipping is agreed, we’ll arrange those details privately by email.

Making times vary, especially for custom friends. Your confirmation email will explain the expected timing; no delivery date is promised by submitting a request.
